The ECAM is an End Cap Assembly System
used to attach end caps to filter cartridge subassemblies.
End caps can be attached using a multitude of methods, including
thixotropic and nonthixotropic plastisols, epoxies and urethanes,
and includes molded end caps and embedding the element into
melted end caps. End cap assembly machines use standard proven
technology which is customized to our customer’s requirements.
We have methods to assemble end caps in excess of 60 per minute.
ECAMs can be fed from and integrated with our ACAM machinery.
